It wasn’t until I was editing this picture that I noticed the resemblance to a man (somehow it looked more male than female to me) with his arms and legs outstretched. The orange/yellow color reminded me a little of fire so I decided to call this ‘Burning Man’.

It’s actually a slice of dried apple placed on top of a dessert (Apple Tart a la mode) my wife ordered during a recent lunch in New York City.
