I had been sitting on a bench overlooking the reservoir when I noticed a plaque on a nearby rock. It read: “This fountain is dedicated to honor the memory of Brian E. Fee. Loving father, inspiring coach, youth mentor, and long-time recreation volunteer. He lives on in the lives of those he has touched. 2007”.
