I took this from the deck outside my bedroom. The light from the setting sun was gorgeous. The tree was full of these birds. It was like a scene from the Hitchcock movie. I’m not sure what kind of birds these are. Can anyone help me?

Update. I posted this picture to Facebook, and the consensus seems to be that they’re doves, which was what I suspected. I’ve seen doves here before, but only singly or in pairs. I’ve never seen so many together at one time. There must have been 20-30 of them.
