This ruined wall stands on the border of an old mansion. which once belonged to the founder of the village where I live: Walter W. Law. You can just make it out in the background.

I’ve taken pictures a of it a number of times before (See for example: Ruined Stone Wall in Snow), but always from the other side. This time I braved the bramble patches and made my way through the undergrowth until I could climb onto another, smaller ruined wall to get this picture.
