It appears that the church also produces its own honey.
Above the rector’s wife (on the left) and an unnamed fried (on the right). I don’t usually ask people if I can take their picture, but in this case I couldn’t miss the opportunity. I asked and they were kind enough to give me their permission.

The church also has it’s own enclosed vegetable garden. I didn’t feel I should go inside to check it out so I took a few pictures from the outside. I noticed pumpkins and tomatoes. There may have been a greater variety that I couldn’t see from my vantage point.

The church also has a very pleasant and tranquil garden area. After a long walk I like to sit there for a while before walking the last few blocks home.

In this post I’m turning to some shots of the former school and its playground.
The building above was once used used as a nursery school, but is now closed. It’s still used for Sunday School, as an exercise facility and for other sundry events.

I came across these trees near my house in Briarcliff Manor. Something about their arrangement and the way they were all leaning slightly in the same direction caught my attention.
