In New York City – A break for refreshments

I knew that I would be early for my appointment so since it was a hot day I decided to stop for something to drink. My chosen venue was The Perfect Pint on 45th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues (a couple of blocks from where I used to work). I chose to sit outside where I could watch the world go by.

That pint of Smithwicks tasted really good.

In New York City – On Lexington Avenue

A couple of views of Lexington Ave just after I stepped out of Grand Central Terminal: Above looking South; Below looking North. Bear in mind that I took these pictures around 2:00pm on a Friday afternoon. Pre Covid there would have been many more people. As it was it felt more like Sunday’s used to feel.
